Please note that our company only have local presence in New Zealand, Australia and China. Hence, we are only able to provide local warranty support in New Zealand, Australia and China. Warranty request from customers from other countries will be handled via international mail/courier.

We are always looking for appropriate media contents to demonstrate the capabilty of our PMP players. If you are interested to showcast and promote to the world your great work to our customers and would like to provide us your media such as video, music, photos, ringtones, etc for us to preload it into our PMP players for demonstration purposes. Please feel free to contact us or share with us on our forum, we can provide you a temporary ftp account to upload it and also provide free hosting on our site to share your work.

We are also on the lookout for appropriate software applications that are suitable to bundle with our Android hardwares. If you are interested to bundle your application or form some sort of partnership on our Android hardware, please do not hestiate to contact us.
